Say Hello,Get an Answer
Booking questions, listing questions, directory corrections. A human reads it and a human replies.
Talk to a Person
Questions about a booking, a listing, a delivery quote, or a campground in the directory that needs a correction. Send it over and a human answers, usually the same day, always within one business day.
Renters: include your dates and the listing you're eyeing. Owners: tell us what you've got, year, make and model, and the daily rate you'd want to earn. Directory corrections: name the park and the fix. Either way you'll get a straight answer from a person who can actually act on it, not a ticket number and a promise.
Make the First Message Count
One well-packed message saves three rounds of back and forth, so here's what actually speeds up an answer. Trip dates, even rough ones. Head count, adults and kids. Whether you plan to pick up or want delivery, and if delivery, which park and which site you reserved or plan to reserve. Pets, if any are coming. And the rig or rig type you're eyeing, or just say "you pick" and tell us the mission; matching people to campers is the fun part of this job.
Owners, your version of the same list: year, make, model and length, where the rig lives, the daily rate you want to earn, and the honest one-line condition report. Photos help but don't stress them; we reshoot everything professionally before a listing goes live anyway.
What Happens After You Hit Send
Your message lands in a real inbox that the crew reads between cleanings and deliveries, not a ticket queue with an auto-responder. Simple questions get answered same day most of the year. Booking requests get a reply with real availability and a plain-numbers quote, camper, delivery if you chose it, add-ons, deposit, no surprise lines. Owner inquiries get a callback to talk through the rig and the rate before anything gets scheduled.
July moves fast and so does our calendar, so if a summer answer takes until the next business morning, it's because the crew was backing a trailer into a campsite at sunset. The answer still comes.
Before you write, two quick self-serve wins. Availability questions answer themselves fastest through the search page, which shows live dates without waiting on a reply. And campground questions, hookups, elevation, booking channels, distance from Denver, are already answered on each camp's guide page in the directory, updated as campers report back.
A note on channels: email is the whole system here, on purpose. No phone tree, no chat widget pretending to be a person, no ticket numbers. One inbox, read by the people who clean, fix and deliver the rigs, with your whole conversation in one thread you can search later. It's slower than a phone by minutes and better than one by every other measure, including the paper trail your booking deserves.
Directory Corrections and Everything Else
Spotted a campground in our Colorado directory that closed, changed hands, or grew hookups we don't show? Send the park name and what changed; corrections go to the top of the queue because 398 camp pages are only useful while they're right. Parks that want their information expanded can write us the same way. And for partnerships, press, or anything that doesn't fit a form field, plain email works: a human reads everything that arrives.
