What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what RV Rental Denver ("we," "us") collects when you use rvrentaldenver.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the booking, listing and contact tools on it. It does not cover third party sites we link to, including campground reservation systems and Google Maps.

What We Collect

• Information you give us. Name, email address and phone number when you contact us, request a booking, or list a vehicle. Vehicle details when you create a listing. Trip dates and preferences when you search or book.
• Information collected automatically. Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps. Device type and screen size, used to serve the right layout.
• Preferences stored on your device. Accessibility settings you choose in our accessibility panel, and your language selection, are stored in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits. They stay on your device.

How We Use It

To operate the service: managing bookings and payments, coordinating deliveries and cleanings, running the owner program, sending booking related messages. To keep the site working and secure. To improve pages using aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns. To respond when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect against fraud.

Third Party Services

This site uses Google services: Google Maps and the Places API power the campground directory, and Google Translate powers the language selector. When those load, Google receives standard request data from your browser under Google's privacy policy. Campground ratings and photos shown in the directory come from Google and reflect their data.

Your Choices and Rights

• Ask what we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion by emailing [email protected].
• Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including access, correction, deletion and opting out of targeted advertising. We don't sell data or run targeted advertising, and we honor verified requests.
• Clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove saved preferences.

Analytics, in Plain English

We measure the site with our own first-party logging rather than a third-party analytics service. When you view a page or click a link, our server records the page, the link, a timestamp, a shortened browser description and your IP address with the final segment removed, which keeps the record from identifying you. No analytics cookies are set, nothing follows you to other sites, and browsers sending the Do Not Track signal are excluded entirely. These logs stay on our server, rotate monthly, and exist to answer one question: which pages help people and which need work.

Retention and Security

We keep contact and booking correspondence as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it. Analytics logs rotate monthly and get purged on the same schedule rather than accumulating forever. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect data in transit and at rest, including HTTPS across the site. No internet service can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Children

This service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes and Contact
