Terms ofService
The terms that govern rvrentaldenver.com: marketplace role, eligibility, bookings and cancellations, campground data, acceptable use and liability.
Effective date: July 30, 2026
The Agreement
These terms govern your use of rvrentaldenver.com, operated by RV Rental Denver. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the site. Where a specific rental agreement between a renter and an owner conflicts with these terms, the rental agreement controls for that booking.
What We Are
RV Rental Denver rents recreational vehicles placed with us by their owners. We market the vehicles, manage bookings and payments, clean and maintain the fleet, and provide delivery, setup and support. Owners keep title to their rigs and set their base rates; each listing states its own rules, deposits and requirements. Our booking fees and optional add-ons, delivery, cleaning and similar, are shown before you pay.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use the site, and meet the minimum age stated on any listing you book.
- Renters must hold a valid driver's license for any self-drive or self-tow rental.
- Proof of insurance or a protection package meeting the owner's stated requirements is required before any handover.
Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
A booking exists when a request is accepted and any required payment and deposit clear. Quotes itemize the camper, any delivery and add-ons, and the deposit before you pay, and the listing's stated terms travel with the booking. Cancellation terms are stated on each listing, and each listing's stated policy controls. Security deposits, cleaning expectations, mileage or generator limits, fuel and tank return conditions, and delivery fees are all set per listing. Read the listing. It's the contract's spec sheet.
Campground Reservations Are Separate
Campsite reservations are made by you, in your name, directly with the campground, park agency or resort. We display campground information, including data from Google, for convenience only. We don't book sites, don't guarantee availability, accuracy or conditions, and aren't responsible for park closures, rule changes or fees.
Acceptable Use
- No false listings, misrepresented vehicles or fabricated reviews.
- No scraping, harvesting or republishing site content or directory data without written permission.
- No use of the site to circumvent owner requirements, insurance obligations or applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, the site is provided as-is, and our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of renters or other third parties, trip interruptions, or campground decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Weather, Closures and Add-Ons
Colorado weather and land agencies answer to nobody. If a campground closes, a road shuts, or a fire restriction changes your plans, your campsite refund is between you and the park, and the camper booking follows the cancellation terms stated on its listing; we'll work with you in good faith when the mountains misbehave, and rebooking is usually the painless answer. Optional add-ons, delivery, cleaning, food packages, gear and bike rentals, are priced and itemized at checkout before you pay, and unused add-ons follow the same cancellation terms as the booking they ride on.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts sitting in the City and County of Denver, and both sides consent to that venue. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
Changes and Contact
We can update these terms, and the effective date above will reflect it. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
